In recognition of its 50th anniversary in 2004, the Association of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador (now the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador) established an annual scholarship for a registered nurse who is enrolled in a Doctorate of Nursing program.
Only one ARNNL 50th Anniversary Scholarship will be awarded annually.
Value: $2000 (full-time) or $1000 (part-time)
Application Deadline: October 15th
References are accepted from faculty members/course instructors who can speak to the applicant’s academic performance and potential for contributions to the nursing profession. A reference from the applicant’s thesis supervisor is preferred (if applicable).
If you are providing an academic reference for an applicant, please review the Reference Requirements document prior to starting the reference form.
Academic references can be completed using the Graduate Nursing Scholarship Reference Form. Letters of reference will not be accepted.
References must be submitted by the application deadline in order to be considered by the Awards Committee.
